Changing front Tires on Audi A4

I have a 2004 A4 with the five spoked wheels. Does any one have the friggin' lug wrench that actually fits over the lugs of the front wheels? Or could it be I'm missing something? The wrench provided to not work on the front wheels (too small) and I'm thinking how the fuck am I supposed to change my tired if needed without the right wrench? Seems kind of weird to me...
